Lentil Soup with Sausage

Lentils are one of the oldest cultivated legumes, originally from the Middle East. They are a valuable source of protein in our Ökoland lentil soup with sausage slices. The hearty goulash is prepared with selected vegetables – and gets its hearty taste from finely chopped slices of our Ökoland Wiener Würstchen.
Natural color variations in the lentils can cause slight color changes in the soup.

Preparation: Slowly heat the contents of the can in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Do not boil.
