Buffalo Burrata
Burrata, like mozzarella, belongs to the group of filata cheeses, the so-called steamed and kneaded cheeses. ÖMA Burrata di Bufala has a smooth, pure white surface, the taste of Pasta Filata cheese is fresh, buttery creamy with subtle sour buffalo notes.
Burrata made from buffalo or cow's milk is a versatile cheese. It is used wherever mozzarella has become indispensable. For salads, pasta, pizza or just for pastries.
