Step 1:
Exercise 3-4 times a week with free weights (one-handed and loading dumbbells), also include "additional" cardiovascular training. When strengthening, focus on the so-called "two-joint exercises", i.e. bench press, squats with a barbell, deadlifts and barbell pull-ups in a forward bend. These four exercises most stimulate proteosynthesis, i.e. the creation of muscle mass.
Step 2:
Eat 6 protein-rich meals a day. We recommend the intake of 2g of protein for every kilogram of your body weight, e.g. if your weight is 75 kg, you need to take in 150 g of protein per day. Make sure each meal contains healthy forms of carbohydrates and fats. The easiest way to manage all this is to take three complete portions of meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), supplemented with another three portions of protein in dietary supplements such as protein drinks, bars, etc. (morning snack, afternoon snack, second dinner).
Step 3:
Prepare your body and mind for each workout. In addition to concentration and visualization of the entire training, we recommend including pre-workout supplements that will allow you to get the most out of your training.
