Optimal Recovery provides clean fuel for recovery after training in all sports. It is a full-fledged recovery drink that contains an optimal ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. It supplies the body with the most necessary and at the same time easily absorbable nutrients after training.
Optimal Recovery contains high-quality BIO whey protein concentrate and easily absorbable BIO maltodextrin obtained from tapioca. The added BIO cocoa powder and natural flavors give the supplement a soft chocolate and full taste. The supplement has a natural spectrum of amino acids in an optimal ratio.
Why does the regenerative food supplement contain carbohydrates in addition to proteins? It's simple, after training, the body's reserves of muscle glycogen are exhausted, which must be restored. Muscles cannot function without it - carbohydrates are therefore a necessary part of post-workout regeneration.
Puhdistamo Optimal Recovery does not contain any artificial sweeteners or any other synthetic additives. It is sweetened only with steviol glycosides + contains Guerande® sea salt, which supplies the necessary minerals and trace elements.

Na mýdla z objednávky jsem se těšila, ale dodání trvalo dlouho a balení zásilky bylo strašné: mýdla nechaná v krabici jen tak na volno se pomlátila. Chtěla jsem dát jako dárek, takhle bych se styděla.
