BIO alfalfa Zdravý den® in powder is intended for the preparation of a herbal drink or as an ingredient in meals. Dietary supplement.
Supports normal carbohydrate metabolism - blood sugar levels. Maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Helps with the normal condition of hair and nails and comfort during menopause.
Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) belongs to the legume family and is known in our country under the name tolice lutěška or just lutěška. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It does not contain gluten.

Usage: Mix the powder in 150ml of water, fruit or vegetable juice. Another option is to add alfalfa to yogurt, porridge, cocktails or other cold food. It is recommended to mix in a blender or sports bottle. Do not use with hot drinks, as heat neutralizes active enzymes.
Ingredients: 100% alfalfa (alfalfa, Medicago sativa) powder from organic farming.
Recommended dosage: 1-2 teaspoons 2 times a day (i.e. 4-8g). After 2-3 months of continuous use, a break of 1 month is recommended. Amount of active ingredient per daily dose 4-8g.
Nutritional data per 100g:energy value 1060kJ/254kcal, fat 0.9g of which saturated fatty acids 0.3g, carbohydrates 21g of which sugars 6.7g, fiber 43g, protein 20g, salt 0.42g.
