Ingredients: Barley seeds (Hordeum vulgare) from organic farming.
Recommended use: Use to decorate pastries, soups, vegetable or pasta salads. You can also use them to prepare fresh homemade vegetable juice. It is best to consume raw, to preserve all nutrients.
Preparation instructions:
Soaking time: 8-12 hours
Germination time: 4-6 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20°C
Rinse with water: 2-3 times a day
Harvest at size: 2.5-5cm
Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Store in a dry and cool place.
