Natural unrefined sweetener. It does not contain dyes, preservatives or other chemical synthetic substances. It is a 100% natural product obtained from sugar cane during the production of sugar. After pressing the sugar cane, we obtain raw cane juice - molasses, from which sugar is extracted. After each extraction, the sugar content in molasses decreases and, on the contrary, the concentration (of nutrients important for the body) is higher, especially mineral elements. After the final, third extraction, it has a lower sugar content and, on the contrary, the highest possible proportion of the mentioned elements.

Preparation:
It is best to dissolve cane molasses in a glass of water or coffee, tea. You will get a pleasant drink with a slightly sweet fruit flavor. Alternatively, the molasses can be consumed directly and then drunk. It is also suitable as an ingredient in cookies, bread, various sauces and marinades. The biggest advantage of molasses is its ability to appropriately supplement nutrition with easily absorbable natural nutrients. Its effects are not immediate, so it should be used long-term and regularly.

2 teaspoons 2–3 times a day
