BIO and RAW coconut butter združden® is made by grinding the dry pulp of fresh organically grown coconuts. The pulp is ground until the mass acquires a smooth creamy consistency. Coconut butter is a mixture of coconut pulp and oil. It has a pleasant coconut aroma and taste.

Use: Coconut butter can be used in many cases as a substitute for regular butter, e.g. on bread, crackers or in spreads. It is excellent for cooking and baking as a cream or part of the icing on cakes and desserts. By adding warm water, we can make coconut milk or cream from butter.

Coconut butter can separate into two components during storage. In this case, simply heat the contents briefly in a lukewarm water bath and stir. Coconut butter solidifies at a temperature of around 25°C. Store in a dry and cool place out of direct sunlight.
