Zdravý den® organic coconut milk powder is suitable for quick and easy preparation of coconut milk. It is produced in the traditional way by pressing finely chopped coconut pulp from fresh organically grown coconuts, which is then removed from the water.
It has an intense coconut taste and aroma. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans as well as people sensitive to lactose.

Ingredients: coconut pulp extract* (88%), rice maltodextrin* (12%) from *organic farming.

Use: as a substitute for classic milk and cream in dishes where milk and cream are required. Suitable for Asian dishes, curries, soups, desserts, puddings, cocktails or smoothies.

Preparation: to prepare coconut milk or cream, mix 1-3 tablespoons of coconut milk powder in 200ml of warm water. The more powder, the fattier the milk will be.

Nutritional information per 100g:energy value 2763kJ/660kcal, fats 55g of which saturated fatty acids 50g, carbohydrates 25g of which sugars 9g, proteins 5g, salt 0.03g.
