Rapunzel coconut milk is characterized by a high coconut content and a distinct coconut taste and aroma and a creamy consistency. Of course, it does not contain any additives, such as stabilizers. This can cause the contents of the can to separate into a liquid part and a solid part. In this case, all you have to do is stir the contents after opening. Coconut milk has many uses and is suitable for various dishes. It is used in Asian cuisine, in cocktails, desserts, ice cream sundaes and to flavor coffee drinks.
The milk is produced by pressing coconuts grown on an organic plantation in Sri Lanka. Farmers here grow several types of crops in one place, thereby preventing soil depletion and erosion. Bananas, pineapples, spices and coffee grow here at the same time as coconuts. The outer coconut shells, which are rich in potassium, are used as fertilizer.
IMPORTANT NOTE:This coconut milk does not contain color stabilizers. As a result, it may have a grayish color in places. This is not a product defect and milk with this color can be used without any problems.
