Organic coconut sugar has the same sweetness as regular sugar and is therefore an ideal substitute for classic white sugar and artificial sweeteners.
Organic coconut sugar is obtained in Indonesia by manually collecting nectar from coconut palm flowers and then drying it into sugar crystals.
It has a low glycemic index of 35 and a natural content of essential amino acids and minerals - e.g. iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc and others.
It is made in ORGANIC quality without chemicals and preservatives and is unrefined. It has the same sweetness as regular sugar and is therefore an ideal substitute for classic white sugar and artificial sweeteners. Thanks to its delicious full taste with a hint of caramel, it has gained popularity all over the world.
