This delicious cranberry jam contains 55% wild cranberries and is sweetened with agave syrup. The composition contains only a little lemon juice and citrus pectin. It is not too sweet and has a typical bitter and sour taste. The cranberries used grow wild in the harsh Scandinavian nature and, thanks to this, have a characteristic distinctive taste and aroma. Cranberry jam perfectly complements game dishes, roast meat, sirloin sauce and cheeses. It can also be used in the preparation of sweet desserts or just for bread and butter. No pork gelatin was used in the production and the product is suitable for vegans.

Why preserves? It looks like jam, smells like jam, tastes maybe even better than jam, so why isn't it jam? The word "jam" may only refer to products sweetened with sugar or other sweetener. However, agave syrup is not legally a sweetener, and therefore this jam - non-jam is described as a fruit preserve.
