A velvety smooth low-fat cottage cheese blended with yogurt, made in a traditional, gentle way from organic Alpine milk from free-range cows. Good animal welfare and natural feed are the basis of this cottage cheese, which is made exclusively from milk from certified organic farms. The cottage cheese has a creamy consistency and delicate taste and is great for preparing low-calorie desserts and spreads that are filling and practically fat-free.

Berchtesgadener Land cottage cheese is made from milk from free-range cows that choose the mountain herbs that suit them best. This is reflected not only in the nutritional value of the milk, but also in its aroma and taste. The milk has a creamier yellowish color compared to regular milk, a delicious taste and a pleasant aroma.
BENEFITS OF ORGANIC MILK IN GENERAL: Cows are not allowed to consume genetically modified crops and animal feed (so-called meat and bone meal). No cow from organic farming has ever been proven to have mad cow disease. The use of hormones and preventive administration of antibiotics is prohibited. If an animal needs to be treated with antibiotics, the period during which its milk is not processed for sale is extended by at least twice compared to conventional breeding.
