This delicious chocolate is a great combination of three flavors that are simply made for each other - caramel, salt and chocolate. The crunchy caramel pieces in the chocolate blend with hand-picked salt crystals from the Playa d'Es Trenc beach in Mallorca. The salt from this area is a very popular gourmet specialty. The contrast between salty and sweet flavors in this chocolate stands out mainly thanks to the high proportion of aromatic cocoa from the Dominican Republic.
