This exceptional chocolate with a very high percentage of cocoa has a delicate taste thanks to the Panamanian cocoa used. Small crystals of hand-picked salt from the Playa d'Es Trenc area in Mallorca go perfectly with the chocolate. The salt, combined with a high percentage of aromatic Panamanian cocoa and the caramel touch of the natural sugar used from the nectar of coconut palm flowers, creates a wonderful bouquet of aromas. Coconut palm flower sugar also has a lower glycemic index than regular sugar.
