BIO blueberries Zdravý den® are dried whole cranberry berries that are hand-picked in the wild in the clean environment of remote Estonian forests.

They are dried by freeze-drying - freeze-drying at low pressure. Freeze-drying is a gentle drying method that preserves all the nutrients in the fruit. To prepare 20g of dried blueberries, approximately 200g of freshly picked blueberries are needed.
Use: suitable for direct consumption, in yogurts, cocktails, smoothies, muesli, porridge, ice cream or desserts. Can also be used to prepare tea.
Nutritional data per 100g:energy value 1306kJ/311kcal, fat 1.6g of which saturated fatty acids 0.4g, carbohydrates 82g of which sugars 50g, protein 5.4g, salt 0g.
Ingredients: 100% cranberry fruits (Vaccinium Myrtillus) freeze-dried from organic farming.
