BIO Cranberries Zdravý den® are dried whole cranberry fruits that are hand-picked in the wild in the clean environment of remote Estonian forests. They are dried by freeze-drying - freeze-drying at low pressure. Freeze-drying is a gentle drying method that preserves all the nutrients in the fruits. To prepare 20g of dried cranberries, approximately 200g of freshly picked cranberries are needed.
Use: suitable for direct consumption, in yogurts, cocktails, smoothies, muesli, porridge, ice cream or desserts. Can also be used to prepare tea.
