BIO raspberries Zdravý den® are dried whole fruits that are dried by lyophilization - freeze-drying at low pressure. Lyophilization is a gentle drying method that preserves all the nutrients contained in the fruits.
To prepare 20g of dried raspberries, approximately 200g of freshly picked raspberries are needed.

Use: suitable for direct consumption, in yogurts, cocktails, smoothies, muesli, porridge, ice cream or desserts. Can also be used to prepare tea.
