This fruit drink is another in a series of fruit juices and drinks that support the immune system. It contains pear pulp, freshly pressed sea buckthorn juice and acerola juice. It is gently sweetened with grape sugar and agave syrup, and supplemented with wheat germ oil. Beutelsbacher was the first to develop a mixture of fruit and vegetable juices, which takes into account not only the nutritional value, but also the ripening time of the fruits and their local origin. The result is delicious fruit and vegetable juices in organic quality.

What is direct pressing? Conventional juices are made from concentrate, which is produced by evaporating the pressed juice. Juice concentrated in this way is cheaper to transport and store. Before filling into the final package, the concentrate is diluted with water. Thickening has a negative effect on both the vitamin content and the taste of the juice. Direct-pressed juices are obtained by pressing fresh fruit and immediately bottling the squeezed juice. The juice is then pasteurized by a short, gentle heating process, which ensures the microbiological safety of the juice. Pasteurized juice does not need to be stored in the refrigerator until opened. The difference between juice from concentrate and direct-pressed juice is noticeable at the first sip - taste it!
Is the juice suitable for vegans? Some manufacturers filter the juice through gelatin after pressing. Beutelsbacher DOES NOT use gelatin in its production, and this brand's juices are therefore also suitable for strict vegans.
