Bio Gelatin is a natural thickener, great for both savory and sweet preparations, whether as jelly for cakes or pies or for aspics and puddings. It is also used for creams, icings or puddings and as a gelling agent. Our gelatin is highly soluble and holds its shape perfectly. Made from animal collagen, from only BIO farms.
Ingredients:

Organic pork gelatine in powder

Preparation:

Take 500 ml of the mixture. Stir the gelatine into half of the cold liquid (250 ml) and leave to swell for 10 minutes. Boil the remaining liquid (250 ml) and stir into the swollen gelatin and process according to the recipe.
