This fresh, soft oat bar contains only great organic ingredients. Gluten-free oatmeal goes perfectly with a paste of roasted cashew nuts and roasted sunflower seeds. Then all that's left is a few roasted cashews, shea butter, a pinch of salt, lemon puree and fragrant lemon essential oil. The bar is lightly sweetened with coconut syrup. Thanks to the fiber from the oatmeal and nuts, it is a nutritionally balanced snack. It is great as a healthy and nutritious snack at work, at school, but also on the go.
