BIO lemon powder Zdravý den® is made from the peel and pulp of organically grown lemons. The lemons are stripped of their juice and the remaining peel and pulp are dried and ground into a fine powder that has a pleasant taste and aroma of fresh lemons. You can prepare 5 liters of juice from 100g of powder. 

It is suitable for preparing lemon juice, for yogurts, smoothies, muesli, for desserts or for baking into dough and creams.

Ingredients: 100% powder from the peel and pulp of lemon (Citrus lomon L.) from organic farming.

Use: suitable for preparing lemon juice, for yogurts, smoothies, muesli, for desserts or for baking into dough and creams. To prepare lemon juice, add 1 tablespoon (approx. 5g) to 250ml of cold water and let stand for 5 minutes. For a sweeter taste, you can sweeten the juice. 100g of powder makes 5 litres of juice.

Nutritional data per 100g:energy value 1149J/274kcal, fat 2.1g of which saturated fatty acids 0.5g, carbohydrates 31g of which sugars 20g, fibre 34g, protein 5.9g, salt 0.08g.
