A delicate milk icing for decorating sweets, topping cakes, preparing desserts and the like. It does not contain any substitute fats, but only real cocoa, milk and natural cane sugar. Cooking chocolate can be used grated into doughs or melted as a icing. Preparing the icing: Melt the chocolate pieces in a water bath. For better results, you can let them cool and heat them again briefly.
