A very delicate spread with 33% hazelnuts, fragrant cocoa and real Bourbon vanilla. It contains lupin flour instead of milk, and is therefore also suitable for vegans. Fair trade palm oil comes from Ghana, where palm trees are planted with respect for the environment as part of a project and there is no deforestation to obtain new plantations.
What is Bourbon vanilla? Bourbon vanilla is the name of the vanilla that was originally grown only on the former Bourbon Island (now Reunion) and has now been grown on other islands in the Indian Ocean - Madagascar and the Comoros. This vanilla naturally contains a higher percentage of vanillin, the main aromatic substance that gives vanilla its aroma.
