Original Italian Savoiardi biscuits made from spelt flour sweetened with cane sugar. These biscuits have high absorbency and are therefore perfect for preparing tiramisu and other unbaked cakes and desserts. However, they are also suitable for tea or coffee, or as a small snack for children.
