OSMO WORX – Instant, four-ingredient mixture containing a sophisticated combination of carbohydrates. All this without the content of artificial sweeteners and bulking additives.

Osmo Worx contains four different carbohydrate sources, which are designed to restore rapidly depleting muscle glycogen stores during physical performance. Thanks to its rapid absorption, Osmo WorX is ideal for use before or during training.

1/ D-Ribose – a supercarbohydrate to restore cellular energy ATP

D-ribose is a special five-carbon carbohydrate that is used as a building block of cellular energy ATP and RNA. The properties of ribose are thus very closely related to energy production and protein synthesis. Ribose can be used together with creatine, forming a very interesting ergogenic mix for performance and endurance, or it can be recommended as an alternative to creatine. 2/ Glucose monohydrate (grape sugar) – a source of fast sugars

3/ Hydrolyzed starch from potatoes and corn - a source of medium-fast carbohydrates

4/ Isomaltulose - a source of very slow carbohydrates

Citric acid, malic acid, sodium bicarbonate = effective pH stabilization

It is known that the overacidification of the organism caused by high load is one of the factors reducing performance and subsequent regeneration. Another fact is that carbohydrates are broken down in the environment of the small intestine, where the pH is more alkaline compared to the acidic environment of the stomach. Dosage: Use as a sports drink. Mix 60g (approx. 2 scoops) of powder with 5dl of water and drink during or after exercise depending on your carbohydrate needs. To replenish glycogen stores before the race, drink 4-5 servings during the previous day.
