Apple and Rhubarb Spritz

Rhubarb Spritz tastes just like rhubarb, namely sour. When mixed with juice from old apple varieties, the result is a full flavor without a predominance of sweetness - wonderfully refreshing. The addition of organic elderberry juice has purely aesthetic reasons for giving the spritz its color.
Ingredients: Organic apple juice (37.5%), water, organic rhubarb juice (27.5%), organic elderberry juice (1%), carbonic acid. Fruit content: at least 65%
