Ozeki Junmai Sake Karakuchi Dry is a crisp and clean rice wine to sip with tempura and sushi rolls. Made by Ozeki, one of Japan's most famous brands, this variety is made with just rice, water and koji - no added sugar or alcohol. Junmai sake is best enjoyed at room temperature or very gently warmed to 30 to 40°C. Sip this dry sake with shrimp tempura and spring rolls, or add a splash to grilled oysters for a fruity depth of flavour. Alcohol 14.5% by volume. Ingredients: Water, rice, koji rice, koji mold. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible. Country of Origin: Japan
