Mackerel fillets in organic olive oil

Mackerel caught by local fishermen off the coast of Galicia in northwestern Spain, or in the front part of the northern coast of Portugal. No destructive fishing methods such as trawling are used. Each catch is immediately inspected by the authorities, assessed and provided with the appropriate control number, which ensures continuous traceability.
