Natural tuna in its own juice

Tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) is caught in the eastern Atlantic (Canary Islands) by local fishermen in a traditional way. In addition to preserving stocks and preventing bycatch, this fishing method also significantly contributes to the quality of the product, as the fish are caught without stress and bruising, as when caught in nets, is avoided.

The catch is certified "dolphin-safe" by the Earth Island Institute.
