Tuna in organic olive oil

Tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) is caught in the eastern Atlantic (Canary Islands) by local fishermen in a traditional way. In addition to preserving stocks and avoiding bycatch, this fishing method also significantly contributes to the quality of the product, as the fish are caught without stress and the bruising caused by net fishing is eliminated.

The catch is certified "dolphin-safe" by the Earth Island Institute.
