Bread Baking Mix - Nutty
Low-carb, gluten-free, vegan bread. With one package of baking mix, you can conjure up either two delicious loaves of bread, each weighing approximately 450 g, or 24 delicious rolls. For best results, we recommend baking the bread on a baking sheet. This way the heat is distributed evenly and the bread will have a crispy crust and a wonderfully moist texture.
Ingredients:walnuts* (15%), flaxseed*, sunflower seeds*, chia seeds* (Salvia hispanica) (9.4%), psyllium husk flour*, partially defatted walnut flour, cocoa powder, acidifier: potassium tartrate (pure cream of tartar), salt, partially deoiled coconut flour*, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)

Preparation:Mix the mixture with 260 ml of cold water and 20 ml of oil. Mix everything thoroughly and let it rest for 10 minutes. Put the dough in a mold lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 70 - 80 minutes.
Storage and use instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
