Product detailed description
Chilli Pasilla (lat. Capsicum annuum) is one of the oldest varieties of chili peppers. The fresh fruits are called Chilaca. They originate from Mexico and reach a length of up to 30 cm, with an average diameter of about 3 cm. The peppers ripen from green to chocolate brown, to black, hence their other name "chilli negro".
These are mild chili peppers, which are classified as mildly hot chilies. Their taste is subtly sweet, chocolatey, slightly sour, peppery, accompanied by a very tempting smoky and smoked aroma. The seeds are not spicy.
Chilli contributes to maintaining normal stomach health, promotes hair growth and acts as an antioxidant. It affects fat and carbohydrate metabolism, reduces calorie intake, and is suitable for weight control. Supports thermogenesis - increasing heat production.
