Passion fruit or maracuja, known by the Latin name Passiflora edulis, is a thermophilic species of passion fruit that is grown for its fruit in South America, the Caribbean, Brazil and southern Florida. The fruit is a round to oval berry of yellow or purple color. The taste is sweet and sour and has an exotic aroma reminiscent of mango.
Maracuja has a high fiber content.
In the kitchen, passion fruit powder is used mainly to flavor drinks, cups, and is added to fruit salads, cocktails and juices, marmalades, but also in homemade ice creams and other sweet dishes.

Ingredients: 100% Passiflora edulis
Recommended dosage and method of preparation: Mix half a teaspoon of powder in water and drink. Use 2–3 times a day.
Can be mixed in water and drunk as a refreshing drink.
Preparation TIP: Add only 2 times more water than powder to the glass of powder and mix to a paste, which is diluted with liquid - no lumps form.
Warning: It does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a safe place out of reach of children.
