Product detailed description
Peruvian Clove Salvia Paradise® is an authentic product of the highest quality from Peru. Beware of other "supermarket" cloves, they do not have the same taste or nutritional properties.
Goldenberries have a hard to describe pleasantly fruity taste, spreading all over the tongue. It is distantly reminiscent of oranges and limes, and smells of caramel. This taste transforms within a few moments from light fruity to dense sweet and sour and back again. It is important to smell and let yourself be carried away by the distance of Peruvian nature, to which our people are not accustomed to the taste.
Peruvian Clove has its own ingredients, unusual for fruits, thanks to its kinship with tomatoes. Due to its taste, it becomes a tasty sweet for children.
Cinnamon is also used in culinary arts. It is most often added to various salads, jams, pastries, but also cakes and as a golden decoration for desserts. Cinnamon is consumed in dried, fresh, cooked, compote and candied form.
Of course, it is a fruit delicacy that, thanks to its natural nature, can be consumed practically unlimitedly - the body will only absorb the necessary substances and eliminate the rest.
Since the use of cinnamon is not widespread enough in Europe, no company has submitted a proposal for the recognition of any of the health claims for which cinnamon is traditionally used and, according to Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, we are therefore not allowed to inform about these health benefits. More information can be found in the herbarium.
Traditional use:Traditionally, we use cinchona fruits in a dose of 10 g to 40 g. We recommend dividing this amount into 2–3 doses, which are taken after meals as a tasty dessert. This is a fruit delicacy that, thanks to its natural nature, can be consumed in practically unlimited quantities.
