Phyto Coffee is a mixture of soluble chicory and a functional dose of standardized dandelion extract. The prepared drink is a tasty caffeine-free alternative to coffee enriched with the effects of dandelion.
Dandelion acts as a prebiotic, the main function of which is stimulation and support of digestion. It contributes to proper functioning of the stomach and liver. It supports normal function of the urinary system. It is an antioxidant. It has beneficial effects on carbohydrate metabolism.
Chicory supports proper function of the digestive tract and liver. It has a positive effect on blood glucose levels. It contributes to proper functioning of the heart and blood vessels. Helps maintain bone and joint health.
Ingredients: roasted chicory, instant chicory, Taraxacum officinale standardized extract (flavones). The recommended daily dose contains 120 mg of flavones.
Recommended dosage and preparation method: Pour a heaped teaspoon of the mixture (4 g) into 250 ml of boiling water and let it cool to a temperature suitable for drinking. Drink 2 times a day. The drink can be seasoned with sugar and milk. Phyto Coffee can also be prepared in a lever coffee maker as an espresso drink.
