BIO pine buds Zdravý den® in powder are prepared from young ends of pine twigs, which are collected by hand in the wild in the clean environment of remote Estonian forests. They are dried by lyophilization - freeze-drying at low pressure. The dried buds are then ground into a fine powder. Freeze-drying is a gentle drying method that preserves all the nutrients contained in the powder. Using pine buds supports the normal function of the respiratory system. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Use: suitable for making tea, flavoring smoothies, sauces, marinades, vegetable and meat dishes, fish and other dishes. To prepare tea, pour 1/2 teaspoon with hot water and let it infuse for 5 minutes.
Recommended dosage: 1-2 teaspoons daily. Drink the tea for at least 3 weeks.
