Soybean meal
The organic soy mince type is textured soy and comes from Austria. The Planet Nature mince type is a great alternative to all minced meat dishes and can be used in many ways. Simply let the minced meat swell with water or broth and then squeeze. The organic soy mince type can then be used as real minced meat.
Ingredients:Soy flour* (partially defatted)
*from controlled organic farming
Preparation: Soak 100 g of organic soy mince in 200 ml of water or broth for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the excess water and fry.
Store in a cool, dry place.
