Wild rice
Wild rice is actually a water grass. The drying process gives this very narrow, elongated grain its special, dark color. Organic wild rice from Planet Nature has a nutty flavor and is suitable for particularly delicate dishes. It can also be mixed with long-grain rice. It is naturally gluten-free.
