Sage is a highly valued herb of traditional Chinese medicine.
Sage powder Salvia Paradise® is prepared in the traditional way according to TCM, by steaming over black bean steam. From the point of view of Western medicine, raw sage is stronger, but it is not recommended for long-term use.
Sage is an annual climbing plant growing up to 10 m long. The reddish-brown roots are woody, the stem is purple, glabrous, branched in the upper part. It blooms between summer and autumn with small white to greenish flowers.

Traditional use:
Mix one teaspoon of finely ground root in water and take 1x a day. At the beginning of the treatment, the dose can be taken 2x a day.
TIP for preparation: Add only 2x more water than powder to the glass of powder and mix to a paste, which we dilute with liquid - no lumps form.
