These corn kernels, suitable for making popcorn, have been grown in accordance with the rules of organic farming. Homemade popcorn is a delicious classic for a pleasant movie night. You can salt it or sweeten it with cane sugar.
Basic preparation: Heat 3 tablespoons of frying oil in a large pot, add 3 corn kernels and wait until they start to pop. Then add 100 g of corn and remove from heat for 30 seconds. Return to the stove, cover with a lid with a small gap for steam to escape, and leave, shaking occasionally, until the popping slows down. Add salt.
