Minimum shelf life 31.12.2022. BIO almond flour združden® is produced by finely grinding peeled almonds grown according to the rules of organic farming. It is a tasty and healthy alternative to wheat flour and other flours made from cereals.
It has a pleasant almond aroma and taste and is therefore very popular in the preparation of desserts or the production of sweets and cakes. It is a source of protein. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It does not contain gluten.
Use: as a substitute for wheat flour and other flours made from cereals. Suitable for muesli, smoothies, yoghurts, for making desserts, creams, sweets or cakes.
