The soup has a high protein content, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and also to maintaining normal bone condition. Instructions for use: Pour the contents of the bag (55 g) into a bowl or cup, pour in about 160 - 190 ml of hot water (max 80 °C - to protect the protein) and mix intensively. Let stand for 5 - 7 minutes, then mix again and consume immediately.
