Psyllium BIO Zdravý den is grown according to the rules of organic farming.
It is a great source of fiber, which helps to properly eliminate undigested food residues from our body. It creates a feeling of satiety.
Ingredients: 100% ground seeds of Indian plantain (Plantago ovata) in BIO quality.

Recommended dosage: 1-2 teaspoons (5-10g) 1-2 times a day. Best consumed between meals, or 1/2 to 1 hour before meals.
Nutritional data per 100g:energy value 797kJ/190kcal, fat 0.7g of which saturated fatty acids 0.2g, carbohydrates 0g of which sugars 0g, fiber 92g, protein 2g, salt 0.165g.
Usage: Mix the powder in at least 200ml of liquid (water, tea, fruit juice, etc.) and drink immediately. Increase your fluid intake, preferably water, to at least 2 litres during the day. Psyllium can be added to muesli, smoothies, desserts, porridges and soups.
