Psyllium should be included in the diet of people suffering from constipation and diarrhea. Thanks to its high absorption and swelling properties, it can firm the stool. On the other hand, it has a very positive effect on intestinal peristalsis and the subsequent smooth passage of stool. It is suitable for vegans and celiacs. 1-2 x daily 10 g. Mix 2 teaspoons of psyllium (10 g) in 100 ml of water and drink thoroughly with at least 250 - 300 ml of water. To improve the effects, take 2 x daily. It is recommended to take psyllium 30 min. before or after a meal. You can also add psyllium to various meal replacements, milkshakes or yogurts.
