Phu-er or Pu-erh Yunnan Tuocha is a large-leaf tea that matures through gradual fermentation. It has a special, strongly earthy taste, which is accompanied by a slight bitterness and astringency with a musty tone. The infusion is dark, almost black in color, reminiscent of black coffee.

Phu-er teas generally have a strong, distinctive taste and aroma. They come from the Yunnan province and are part of traditional Chinese medicine. These are teas that are additionally fermented. Thanks to the complex and lengthy processing method, pu-er has created a unique group. It is said that the taste of pu-er has to be gradually accustomed to.
