Phosphate-free baking powder, with cream of tartar Pural phosphate-free baking powder will add volume and softness to your cakes and other sweet treats. Naturally gluten-free, it is made from corn starch.

One bag is suitable for dough with 500 g of flour.

Ingredients: Corn starch*, acidifier: pure tartar (24.7%) (potassium tartrate), raising agent: baking soda (sodium bicarbonate).
