Ingredients:Risotto rice * 87.5%, vegetables * dried 8% (onions *, tomatoes *), mushrooms * dried 4%, parsley * 0.5%

Preparation: for 4 servings: Prepare 0.7 l of vegetable broth. Part of the broth can be replaced with white wine. Stir the mixture in the vegetable broth. Cook for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then leave for about 3 minutes with the lid open. Season. Done. Before serving, you can also improve the risotto with Parmesan.
