Dried Shiitake
They smell like garlic. Their spicy taste intensifies when dried. From a nutritional point of view, it is a very valuable mushroom, containing fiber, protein, vitamins B, C and the precursor of vitamin D ergosterol, as well as minerals - iron, potassium and zinc.
