Product detailed description
Corn comes from America, from the Peruvian Andes, where it was grown from wild plants. Corn was grown by American Indians 5,000 years ago. Today it is grown everywhere in Europe, but the United States remains the largest grower in the world. The corn sold here comes from Peru.
Purple corn is most often used as a means to maintain the health of the urinary tract and digestive functions. The urinary tract is the name for the entire group of hollow organs, from the kidneys to the urethra. Purple corn also contributes to maintaining heart health.
The provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, on nutrition and health claims, do not allow us to inform you about the positive effects of purple corn on your body. Information on the effects can be found in the herbarium.
Dosage and method of preparation: Mix one teaspoon of powder daily in water, milk or fruit juice and drink, preferably in the morning with breakfast. To increase the nutritional value, it can be added wherever corn flour is used.
Corn cobs are used to produce purple corn from Salvia Paradise®, which is why it is so dark purple and contains more substances. Corn flour is also available on the market. However, the grain only has a purple husk, so after grinding the grain powder is light. Corn cob flour is 3 times more expensive than corn flour, but several times more effective.
Our tip:Mix the drink prepared in water with pineapple juice approximately 1:1, add a pinch of cinnamon, stir and serve.
TIP for preparation: First, put the required amount in a glass, add only 2 times more water than the content of the powder and mix to a thick paste. This paste can be diluted with liquid as desired, without lumps forming.
